Walter C. Strickler, 69, of Mountain Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Hershey Medical Center.

Born on September 28, 1952 in Lakehurst, NJ, he was a son of the late Walter Strickler and Ruth Engle Strickler Spangler.

Walter worked for North America Refracturing in Womelsdorf.

He was a member of various social clubs.  He enjoyed fishing and had enjoyed camping, hunting and 4 wheeling.

Surviving are his wife of 31 years, Tess Fox Strickler; a daughter, Wendy Strickler of Richland; a step son, Terry Strickler of Lebanon; grandchildren, great grandchildren; two brothers, Ron Strickler of Delaware, Dale Behney of Reading; a sister, Deb Lutz of York; nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 139 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in his memory to help with expenses.

The H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove is in charge of arrangements.
