Vincent Anthony Serafino, 85, of Park Rd., Fleetwood, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025 in the Reading Hospital, West Reading.

Born on March 30, 1940 in Sinking Spring, he was a son of the late Anthony R. and Elizabeth V. Shindle Serafino.

He was a 1958 graduate of Central Catholic High School in Reading.

Vincent worked at East Penn Mfg. Co.

He was an avid stamp collector since he was a young boy and was a member of the American Philatelic Society for 35 years.

Preceding him in death were three sisters, Theresa Moyer, Dorothy Concentino, and Gloria Eckert; five brothers, Francis Serafino, LeRoy Serafino, Paul Serafino, Eugene Serafino, and Anthony Serafino; a step son, Timothy Eckert; a niece Lisa Bonilla and a nephew, Charles (Chuck) Phillips.

Surviving are his wife of almost 41 years, Sandra L. Hatter Serafino; a son, Vincent Serafino, Jr. of Philadelphia.; three daughters, Colleen Graul of Reading, Colette Bressler of Wyomissing; Christine and husband Brian Wentzel of Leesport; two stepsons, Gerald Jr. and wife Joanne Eckert of Blandon, and Troy and wife Chiho Eckert of Japan; four grandchildren, ten step grandchildren; three great grandchildren, eight step great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Helen Serafino of West Virginia.

There will be no services.

Burial will take place at a later date in Hetzel's Cemetery.
