Timothy William Hoy, 53, of Pine Grove, beloved son, brother, father and uncle, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 21, 2018 in Harrisburg.   
Tim was born on August 10, 1964 in Pottsville, to Rose Kintzel Hoy of Tremont and the late William "Fritz" Hoy, Jr. 
 He was a Lay Leader of St. John's United Methodist Church, Tremont, where he had been a lifelong member. 
Tim attended Thompson Institute, majoring in mechanical drafting and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.  He was employed as a Project Manager and Designer for AFS Energy Services, Lemoyne, Pa, for the last fourteen years and was a certified locksmith. 
Tim was preceded in death by his beloved father, Fritz, his cherished companion Nancy Rhen and his brother-in-law, Stephen Koshulsky. 
In addition to his mother, Rose Hoy of Tremont, he is survived by his daughter, Jadzia Hoy of Pine Grove, two sisters, Patricia A. Koshulsky of Lancaster and Darlene, wife of Kevin Miller of Englewood, Fl: a niece, Amanda DesRosiers, three nephews, Brian Koshulsky, Gary Wertz and Matthew Wertz and their families. 
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 30, at 10:00 A,M. in the St. John's United Methodist Church, Clay Street, Tremont, with Pastor Kenneth Edwards officiating.   There will be a calling time on Saturday, June 30, from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. in the Church.  Interment will follow in the St. John's Reformed Cemetery, Tremont. 
The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, donations be given to St. John's United Methodist Church, c/o Sandy Wagner, 330 Bridge Street, Tremont, Pa. 17981, in Tim's memory.
