Stanley W. Adams, 80, of Swopes Valley Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023 in Shenandoah Manor.
Born on March 9, 1943 in Pine Grove, he was a son of the late Ernest G. and Beulah Neidlinger Adams.
He was a member of the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, Pine Grove.
Stanley had been a custodian for the Minersville Area School District.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and sitting on his porch.
Preceding him in death was his wife Joyce Ann Tobias Adams.
Surviving are a daughter, Brigitte Mellen; a son Ernest J. and wife Rhiannon Adams, both of Pine Grove; seven grandchildren, Kris Morgan of Minersville, Desirae Davis of Morea, Shawnna Anastacio of Mahanoy City, Ariel Shopfer of Shenandoah, Jensen Adams of Pine Grove, Logan Adams of Pine Grove and Echo Adams of Pine Grove; many great grandchildren and a great great grandchild on the way; one brother, Glenn Adams of Donaldson; four sisters, Betty Helton, Eva McFeaters, both of Annville, Joyce Blain of Pine Grove and Thelma Fritz of Jonestown; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove with Pastor Mike Barnhart officiating. There will be a viewing on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Swopes Valley Cemetery, Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Assoc. Inc., 2595 Interstate Dr. Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110 in his memory.
