Sharon J. Rittenbaugh, 70, of Laurel Court, Pine Grove, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born on September 13, 1950  in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Earl "Corky" and Sevilla Reichert Stine.

She was a 1968 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School and was a member of Jacob's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.

Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt and always enjoyed spending time with her family.

Preceding her in death was a brother Rick Stine.

Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Dale "Pete"  Rittenbaugh; three daughters, Jodi and husband Bill Wolfe,  Paige and husband John Miller, Jr., Joy and husband Paul Neidlinger, all of Pine Grove; two sons, Marc Rittenbaugh and wife Jennifer, Craig Rittenbaugh and fiancé Lauren, both of Donaldson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, her twin, Karen and husband Dale Zimmerman of Pine Grove, Trudy and husband Kevin Irving of Sellersville; a sister-in-law Emma Stine of Greensboro, NC; nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at The Social Hall at Swatara Village on Swatara Drive, Pine Grove with her sister Rev. Trudy Irving and Rev. Ronald Stump officiating.  Doors to the Social Hall will open at 6:00 P.M. for the service at 7:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 1117 Country Club Rd., Camp Hilll, PA 17011 in her memory.
