Ralph J. Dissinger, 81, native of Pine Grove,  passed away late Sunday, September 13, 2020 after a fierce fight with black lung and heart disease.

Born in Lebanon on January 20, 1939, he was the son of the late Ward and Pauline Leffler Dissinger.

Ralph was a great person.  He loved baseball and football and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and nearly an expert with his "beloved" pigeons.  He loved sitting on his porch, working in his garden and garage.  HE WILL BE SO GREATLY MISSED.

Preceding him in death were his wife of 58 years, Faye Krammes Dissinger, 2 brothers, Kenneth and Allen Dissinger; a sister Judith Dissinger, all of Pine Grove.

Surviving are 2 sons, Keith and wife Ann Dissinger of Bonnyville, Alberta, Canada, Lane and wife April Dissinger of Pine Grove; a daughter, Leigh Anne Miller of Pine Grove; 3 grandchildren, Amanda Lucas, Russell Dissinger, Sr., and Toni Dissinger, all of Pine Grove; 3 great grandchildren, Heaven, Kaylee and Russell Jr. Dissinger, all of Pine Grove; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Donna and Tom Griffiths of Carlisle; 2 nieces, Lisa Witmer of Harrisburg, Danielle Reisman of Mechanicsburg;  a nephew Scott and wife Karla Witmer of Hanover.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
