Michael T. Balthaser, 63, of Pine Grove passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

Born on February 6, 1962 in Pottsville, he was a son of Diane Herring Balthaser of Cornwall and the late William L. Balthaser Sr.

Mike was a 1980 graduate of Dauphin County VoTech where he studied Electronics.  After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corp., where he served for 4 years as a Legal Service Specialist.

Michael was a Project Manager for Trane Corporation in Harrisburg.

Mike was a member of many organizations, including the Pine Grove VFW, Pine Grove American Legion, Ten Pin, and the H. H. & L. Fire Co.

Preceding him in death was a brother, William L. Balthaser, Jr., age 4.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a son, William M. Balthaser and companion Emily Bretz of Harrisburg; a brother, Mark Balthaser of Myerstown; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.  

A Celebration of Life gathering is being planned at the convenience of the family.
