Lorraine B. Minnich, 80, of Pottsville, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 28, 2021 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazelton.

Born on June 1, 1941 in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn Rager Harris.

She worked at the former Tyco in Lickdale.

Lorraine lived with her daughter-in-law Nicole and her grandchildren Autumn and Keith with their family animals.  She loved to play bingo, her cat Myrtle and sitting on the front porch for hours.

Preceding her in death were her son Brian "Chip" Minnich, grandson Noah Minnich and brother Harry Harris.

Surviving are a son Kerry "Stumpy" and wife Wanda Harris of Pine Grove, a daughter, Jessica Minnich Donohoe of Myerstown; a daughter-in-law, Nicole Minnich of Pottsville; nine grandchildren, Shane, Jason, Jordan, Shannon, Autumn, Keith, Andy, Brielle and Aaron; many great grandchildren; and a brother Kenny Harris of Branchdale.

ACelebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen for the cure, 5005 LBJ Freeway Suite 526 Dallas, TX 75244 in her memory.
