Kenneth L. Seiger, 90, of Pine Grove, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. 

Born on October 16, 1931 in Tremont, he was a son of the late Fred and Thelma Rumpf Seiger.

Kenneth was a 1949 graduate of Tremont High School and a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Tremont. 

He was an Army Veteran having served during the Korean War. 

After serving in the Army, Kenneth worked as a field representative for Sikorsky helicopters, where he traveled to Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and Panama.  After returning to Pine Grove, he worked for local building contractors until beginning his career as a Building Construction Inspector for the PA Department of General Services, where he retired in 1996.

He was an avid sportsman, loved being outdoors, hunting, and being a mentor to youth hunters.  He also raised pigeons and beagles.  He was a life member of the Oak Grove Sportsmans Club and the Pine Grove Ten Pin Club, and a member of the Pine Grove Fish and Game.

Preceding him in death were his wife of 56 years, Carol Williams Seiger, 

Surviving are a daughter, Melissa and husband Dennis Aungst, Jr; of Pine Grove; a brother Charles Seiger of Mifflinburg; a sister Nancy Miller of Hegins; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove, with Pastor Claude Schach officiating.  There will be a viewing on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.   Interment will follow in Schuylkill Memorial, Schuylkill Haven.
