Kay K. Boyer, 87, of Oak Grove Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024 in Hershey Medical Center. 

Born on February 25, 1937 in Pine Grove, she was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Verna M. Fegley Kramer. 

She was a 1955 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School. 

Kay was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove. 

She loved spending time with her family, especially for picnics and parties.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 68 years, Dion T. Boyer on May 18, 2024 and a brother, Harry S. "Duff" Kramer. 

Surviving are two daughters, Terry and husband John Schaeffer of Pine Grove, Tammy and husband Lynn Fidler of Asheville, NC; a son, Troy and wife Dianne Boyer of Lebanon; 8 grandchildren, Fawn, Brook, John, Ashley, Austin, Taylor, Brock, and Jordyn; 11 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. 

All Services for both Kay and Dion will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Brian Beissel officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul's Reformed Cemetery, Ravine. 

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 312 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in her memory.
