John Simon, 84, of Baker St. Minersville, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022 in Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.
Born on August 22, 1937 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late William and Louise B. Simon.
He was an Army Veteran having served with the A Btry 433d AAA Msl Bn
John worked in Maintenance at Cardinal Pool Systems.
Preceding him in death was his wife Margaret E. Newlin Simon on March 1, 2020; a son James Simon.
Surviving are his son Raymond John and wife Eliana R. Simon of Sugarloaf; two grandchildren, Brian R. Simon and Kyle A. Simon.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove is in charge of arrangements.
