Janet J. Dreisbach age 83, of Tremont Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021, in the same home of her birth.

Born on August 12, 1937 in Ravine, she was a daughter of the late Claude M. and Edna A. Strausser Schneck.

Janet was the salutatorian of the Pine Grove High School class of 1955, and was a member of the Echo Valley Grace Church, Tremont.  

Janet had been employed as a Cafeteria Aid in the Pine Grove School District, and last in the Preschool at Echo Valley Grace Church.  

She was an avid Pine Grove sports fan, enjoyed camping, reading, gardening and cooking.  

Preceding her in death were her husband, Theodore E. Dreisbach and a son, Timothy Earl Dreisbach.

Surviving are four sons, Ted Dreisbach, Eric L. Dreisbach, Scott and wife Susan Dreisbach, Rod and wife Kim Dreisbach; two daughters, Jill and husband Shane Mausser, Pam Ryan, all of Pine Grove; 10 grandchildren, Jana Smith, Jeff Wolfe, Lindsey Hindman, Tiana Masser,  Eric C,  Blake and Ethan Dreisbach, Corrine and Kaylin Ryan, Joey Renninger; 9 great grandchildren; a sister Edith Boe of Pine Grove, and her faithful companion Allie.  

Services at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove and the interment at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove, will be held at the convenience of the family.   There will be a live streaming of the services on our facebook page for family and friends on Friday, February 5, at 10:00 A.M.   

In lieu of flowers the family would prefer contributions be made to the Echo Valley Grace Church, 46 Tremont Road, Tremont, Pa. 17981,   in her memory.
