Emily Mae Hoover, 103 of Pine Grove, passed away on June 14, in Providence Place, Pine Grove.

Born on July 6, 1922 in Pine Grove, she was a daughter of Charles and Beulah Hubler Reichert .

Emily had been employed as a manager at the former truck stop in Pine Grove.

She attended the Roedersville Country School and was a member of the St John's Reformed Church in Friedensburg.

Emily's greatest joys were being with her family.

Preceding her in death were her husband Charles William Hoover in 1990; two Daughters, Virginia Adams and Mary Jane Symons, a Son, Foster Hoover; 4 Sisters, Orazaba Wolfe, Sevilla Doll Stine, Irene E Kimmel, Alice J Kimmel and 4 brothers, Garfield G Reichert, Charles Reichert, Morris Reichert and John Reichert.

Surviving are three Daughters, Loretta Kalbach, B. Rebecca Jordan, Vicki Adams and a Son, Charles Hoover; a daughter-in-law Donna Hoover, 16 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 34 great great grandchildren, Many Nieces & Nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held later at the convenience of the family with burial in Schuylkill Memorial Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.

The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, donations be given to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 4550 Montgomery Avenue, Suite 1100, Bethesda, Md. 20814, in her memory.
