Doris N. Brown, 87, of Pine Grove,  passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 in Providence Place, Pine Grove.

Born on June 13, 1935 in Pine Grove, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Ada Yeich Nagle.

She was a member of St. John's Reformed Church, Friedensburg.

Doris was an Enumerator for the Dept. of Agriculture.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 60 years, Carl W. Brown; a son, Jeffrey C. Brown; a sister, Ellen M. Laubenstein; and two brothers, Edwin Nagle and Marlin Nagle.

Surviving are a daughter, Yvonne and husband Glenn Hummel of Pine Grove; a  son, Kevin and wife Tara Brown of Galeton;  two grandchildren and five step grandchildren; two great grandchildren and two step great grandchildren; two sisters, Fern Zimmerman and Donna Machamer; a brother, Richard Nagle, all of Pine Grove; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John's Reformed Church, 17 Chestnut St., Friedensburg with Pastor Matt Kenitzer officiating. There will be a viewing on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, from 9:30 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Church. Interment will be held at a later time in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
