Clark L. Milligan, Jr., 80 of Geary Wolfe Rd., Pine Grove,  passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 in the Hershey Medical Center.

Born on January 24, 1943 in Clearfield,  he was a son of the late Clark L. Sr. and Norma Lytle Milligan.

He was a 1961 graduate of Clearfield Area High School.  After graduating, he joined the Army National Guard, where he served for 41 years.

Clark was a Supervisor at Indiantown Gap Military Reservation.

He was a member of the Pine Grove Masonic Lodge #409 F & A.M., Tall Cedars Clowns, the Pine Grove Area Community Ambulance Association and was involved in Boy Scout Troup 50 in Pine Grove and the Pine Grove Little League.  He was an avid Phillies and Penn State fan and loved to go to the casino.

Surviving are his wife of 59 years on October 24, 2023, Catherine Unch Milligan; two sons, David Milligan of York, Bobby Milligan of Pine Grove; a daughter, Brenda Milligan of Pine Grove; five grandchildren, Cole Wertz,  Bradley and wife Ashley Brown, Nathaniel Brown, Brody and Bryce Milligan; two great grandchildren, Emily Wertz and Bo Brown.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 1:00 P.M., at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove with Pastor Bob Kensinger officiating. There will be a viewing on Monday, November 13, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.  Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Pine Grove Ambulance Association P. O. Box 125, Pine Grove, PA 17963 in his memory.
