Margaret O. "Peggy" Modesto, 84, of Hillside Vista Dr., Pine Grove,  passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on December 25, 1933 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Phillip A. Reynolds and Mildred F. Mills Wessner.
She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.
Peggy was a beautiful person inside and out and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed.  She always enjoyed making the holidays special for her family.  Her kindness and generosity not only extended to her family and friends but also to perfect strangers. 
Preceding her in death was a brother Arnold "Bucky" Reynolds.
Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Jack  Modesto, Sr.;  son, Nicholas Sr. and wife Sally Modesto of Pine Grove,  three daughters, Robin and husband Craig Werner of Pine Grove,  Dina Modesto of Punta Gorda, FL,  Danielle Schneiderovich of Port Charlotte, FL;  three step children, Jack Jr. and wife Esther Modesto of Lebanon, Salvatore and wife Karen Modesto, Stella and husband Rick Ochs, both of Seltzer City;  9 grandchildren; Nichole, Ryan, Nick Jr., Angelina, Zachary, Gabrielle, Tiffany, Joseph and Lacie; many great grandchildren;  two brothers, Kurt Wessner of PIne Grove and Thomas Reynolds of Mechanicsburg.
All Services will be held at the convenience of the family with Dr. Ira Lydic officiating.   Interment will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 in her memory.
