Joseph M. Burns, Sr., 75, of Robin Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at home.
Born on March 28, 1943 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna Hish Burns.
Joseph was a Truck Driver and member of the Teamsters.
He was a member of the Polish American Club in New Jersey.
Preceding him in death was his wife Catherine T. Manley Burns on August 17, 2018.
Surviving are a son Joseph M. Jr. and wife Marlene Burns of Cinnaminson, N.J.; two daughters, Catherine Burns and companion Brian Schach, Ann and husband Robert Zimmerman, both of Pine Grove; two grandchildren, Joseph J. Burns, III and Robert E. Zimmerman; cousins, Tom Burns, Frank Burns and Barb Burns.
All services will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 4811 Jonestown Rd. #230, Harrisburg, Pa. 17109 in his memory.
