Earl  Neidlinger, 86, of Pine Grove,  passed away on Wednesday, December 12,  in Seton  Manor, Orwigsburg. 
Born on February 22, 1932 in Pottsville, he was the son of the late Earl and  Mary Sweeney Neidlinger.
He was a member of Schuylkill Church of the Brethren
Earl was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served with the Hq 5th Inf. Div. IGMR, in the Army National Guard. He was a member of the Pine Grove V.F.W. Post 3432. 
He had been employed as a foundry worker at Quaker Alloy. 
Preceding him in death were a son, Kevin Neidlinger; grandson, Jason Neidlinger; three sisters, Pearl Ludwig, Dorothy Herring and Irene Eichert; and a brother, Edward Neidlinger, Sr..
Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Shirley L.Zimmerman Neidlinger of Pine Grove:  three sons, Gary Neidlinger and  Alton Neidlinger both of Schuylkill Haven; Eric Neidlinger of Kentucky;  six grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Herring of Friedensburg. 
All services will be at the convenience of the family.   Interment will be in the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Pine Grove,
The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers,  Contributions may be made to the PA Wounded Warriors, Inc., 1117 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, Pa., 17011, in his memory.
